● The Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court has entered the Court’s Fifth Omnibus Order on Court Operations and Legal Practice. The Order ends the restrictions on the Office of Foreclosure so that it may now recommend foreclosure judgments or dispositive motions received on or after March 1, 2020. The Order extends the restrictions on other operations at least through July 12, including those on new jury trials and in-person Grand Jury selections and sessions.
